This Freightliner M2 is configured for operators who prioritize practical equipment and everyday usability.

Century 12 Series Low Center of Gravity Steel Carrier

The CENTURY 12 SERIES LCG STEEL CARRIER provides professional towing operators with a versatile rollback platform.

The low center-of-gravity design provides favorable loading angles, especially when handling passenger vehicles and other loads with limited ground clearance.

This carrier is equipped with removable side rails, allowing operators to adapt the deck configuration to different loading requirements.

Key carrier equipment includes:

• Century 12 Series LCG Steel Carrier

• Low Center of Gravity Design

• Removable Side Rails

• 8,000-lb Worm Gear Winch

The steel construction and removable rail configuration make this a practical choice for operators who regularly transport different types of vehicles.

This particular truck features a 300-horsepower Cummins B6.7L diesel engine, providing the power needed for commercial towing and transport work.

An Allison automatic transmission complements the diesel engine, making the truck convenient to operate in stop-and-go traffic, tight parking areas, and other situations requiring frequent maneuvering.

8,000-lb Worm Gear Winch for Vehicle Loading

An important part of this Century carrier's equipment package is its 8,000-lb worm gear winch.

The winch allows operators to load disabled vehicles and equipment that cannot be driven onto the deck under their own power.

For towing businesses handling breakdowns, accident-related transport, and non-running vehicles, this equipment is essential to the truck's day-to-day usefulness.

Operators should always follow the manufacturer's rated capacities and proper loading procedures.

Flexible Loading with Removable Rails

The removable side rails provide an additional level of versatility.

For conventional vehicle transport, the rails can remain installed. When loading situations require additional side access or clearance, the removable design allows the carrier to be configured accordingly.

This flexibility can be valuable for towing companies that handle a mix of passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and specialty transport work within the truck's rated capacities.
