It was recently announced that Hino Motors settled a class action lawsuit and $237,500,000 would be available to customers who leased or purchased specific Hino Trucks models from Model Years 2011-2021. Your vehicle qualifies for this settlement.

We are prepared to submit a claim on your behalf to the Class Action Settlement Administrator. If you agree, we will file a claim for you and collect the proceeds on your behalf. We will then deduct a 10% processing fee from your claim proceeds and promptly pay you the balance obtained from the class action settlement.
